Rugged Walking w/ TGOW-I Strollers!

FULL-BODY CONDITIONING NATURALLY

TGOW-I Strollers are founded on the principle of "At One With Nature!" (i.e., @1w/n!), a concept associated with the natural restoration of true health. In its simplest form, @1w/n! combines Eastern and Western approaches to wellness in a basic formula that focuses on:

  • Relaxation
  • Breathing
  • Feeling the Earth, and
  • Doing Nothing Extra

Our goal is to support group members in synthesizing these elements into a unique, personalized form of walking meditation. The dynamism this synthesis fosters is then extended by the Strollers via "rugged walking", a complete exercise program that includes techniques for:

  • Aerobic (cardio-respiratory), muscular & flexibility conditioning;
  • Healthy posture & balance;
  • Enhanced body-mind connection; &
  • Effective stress reduction.

Rugged walking provides optimal self-paced physical conditioning and supports improvements in your health by reducing your resting heart rate, blood pressure, stress, body fat, and physical aches and pains.

Finally, @1w/n! can also be enhanced in conjunction with the Chinese martial art of Tai Chi rewarding the practitioner with an added sense of inner happiness, self-control, self-realization, and self-healing.

  1. Check-in/I.D. Trail/Stretch (30 minutes)
  2. Stroll/Hike  ( 2 -to- 3 & 1/2 miles, or approx. 90 minutes)
